International Plaza is a strata-titled development located in Singapore. It was developed under a tenure of 99-year lease and was one of the sites sold under the Urban Renewal Department’s Sales of Sites program in 1969. The building consists of a seven-storey podium and a 43-storey tower block.
The seven-storey podium of International Plaza is fully air-conditioned and houses 270 shop units as well as a multi-storey car park. The tower block comprises the remaining 27 storeys, which contain 388 office units. The top 14 storeys of the tower are dedicated to apartments of varying sizes and other recreational facilities.
Given the large number of users, International Plaza is equipped with 20 high-speed lifts that provide efficient vertical transportation. These lifts interchange service at specific floors to cater to the needs of different users. Additionally, the building features four escalators to facilitate movement within the premises.
