Discovering the Perfect Affordable Resale Leasehold Flat
When Tania arrived in Singapore seven years ago for a new job, she was elated to find that the city was more than a manufactured metropolis of glass, shopping and steel towers.
Instead, she said, she found a safe, vibrant, cosmopolitan social scene and a natural wonder. “Contrary to what most people think, nature is everywhere,” she said. “Singapore is the perfect combination of living in a global business hub with access to the Botanic Gardens and Sentosa’s beaches.”

The purchase of the flat culminated years of hard work and marked a new chapter in a city that had become her second home.
